STL double hook electric chain hoist is a non-standard design that requires two lifting points to lift the same long workpiece at the same time. The two pieces of load chain are driven synchronously by a single lifting motor, and the distance between the double hooks is adjusted to meet different applications. This design fully guarantees the simultaneous lifting of the two hooks, lifting and transporting the cargo without dangerous tilting. Its low headroom design is suitable for using in low plant buildings and can achieve great hook travel. According to the requirements of use or space, there are different types of STL double hook electric chain hoist options, which are divided into two hooks located on both sides of the hoist or on the same side. For the fixed hoist STL double hook electric chain hoist, the hook distance can be adjusted according to the width of the load, and it is connected with the steel structure in a rigid fixed way.
STL double hook electric chain hoist with electric trolley can be moved back and forth. STL double hook electric chain hoist can be electrically adjusted hook spacing for lifting, transporting and precise positioning of workpieces of different lengths. Even if the load length is different or the two hooks are in the off-load situation, it can still ensure the smooth operation of the two hooks and fully synchronized lifting.
